Our Guarantee is simple and easy to understand, just like our service.

If after there is not any improvement to any of the 3 credit reports after 3 challenge attempts and responses from the credit bureaus, our Credit Restoration Processor will refund you the first 3 months payments upon request.*

Here’s what you need to do to qualify for the Guarantee:

1. You agree to fill out and return client audit assistance forms and to forward all correspondence and credit reports from the credit reporting agencies to Credit Restoration Processor as soon as received and not to end any correspondence back to the credit reporting agencies.

2. You will notify Credit Restoration Processor if you have not received any credit reports or correspondence every 30 days and to notify of any change of address.

And here’s what we will do:

Upon written request, you will receive a refund of the first three months fees if you are in compliance with these terms and no item on any credit report has been improved or removed. 

If the the terms listed above are not met any guarantee may be voided. No other guarantees are implied or suggested, Guarantee does not apply to renewals.
